You see I'm all out of money, I'm down on my knees just to pray
If I hadn't learned things the hard way, I wouldn't be begging today
So please sir, need some of your cash, I know you got it
Or better, a place I can stay
'Cause I'm lost, I feel lost
Spiritual miracle seeing faces on the wall
Each one's saying something hard to listen to them all
Pardon my mistakes, I was under the impression
That no matter which ones I made I'd still teaching myself a lesson
But I forgot the rule for breaking all the rules
Don't let it become a habit that's the lifestyle I choose
And apparently, I made that a habit
No happy, just sadness, I want it, don't have it
You see I'm all out of money, I'm down on my knees just to pray
If I hadn't learned things the hard way, I wouldn't be begging today
So please sir, need some of your cash, I know you got it
Or better, a place I can stay
'Cause I'm lost, I feel lost
These empty pleasures got me feeling down, down, down, down, down low, low, low
But bottle service on the rooftop was nice
Money in ice, word of advice, it don't float
I know, I know, I know, I know that I was wrong to be waiting for you
But ignorance is still worse than the truth
So here's my own warning to you
You see I'm all out of money, I'm down on my knees just to pray
If I hadn't learned things the hard way, I wouldn't be begging today
So please sir, need some of your cash, I know you got it
Or better, a place I can stay
'Cause I'm lost, I feel lost
